Primarily the United States. We also ship to Canada, the UK, and Australia. Delivery times vary by destination β the US is our fastest route.
How do I track my package?+
You'll get a tracking link by email the moment your order ships. You can also visit our Track Your Order page anytime and follow it in real time β no account needed.
My tracking hasn't updated in days. Is it lost?+
Probably not. Tracking can lag by 2β3 days when packages move between facilities. If there's been zero movement for 5+ business days, reach out and we'll investigate with the carrier immediately β we take this seriously.
It says delivered but I have nothing.+
This happens. First: check around your entry, with neighbors, and in any secure mailroom. Carriers sometimes scan early. If it's still missing 48 hours after the delivery notice, contact us. We'll make it right β full stop.

30 days from delivery, no questions asked β as long as the item is unused and in original packaging. We don't accept returns on opened personal care or hygiene products (health and safety reasons, non-negotiable). Everything else? We'll sort it out.

How do I start a return?+
Go to our Support page, include your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1β2 business days with a return address and next steps. No hoops, no lengthy back-and-forth.
How long do refunds take to hit my account?+
Once we receive and inspect your return, we issue the refund within 5β7 business days back to your original payment method. You'll get an email confirmation when it's processed. Banks can take a few days on top of that.
My item arrived damaged. What now?+
We're sorry. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number. We'll either send a replacement or give you a full refund β your choice. You won't need to ship anything back.
I received the wrong product entirely.+
That's our mistake and we'll fix it fast. Send us your order number and a photo of what arrived. We'll ship the correct item immediately at zero cost to you.
