  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Processing times may be extended during holidays, peak periods, or supplier delays.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Shipping times vary depending on the product’s origin, destination, and selected shipping method.

  • Estimated delivery times for U.S. orders:

    • Standard Shipping: 10–20 business days

    • Expedited Shipping: 5–10 business days

  • International orders may take 15–30 business days, depending on customs and local postal services.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on product weight, size, and destination.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you.

  • You can track your order directly through the carrier’s website.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours after shipment for the tracking information to update.


5. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your order is lost or damaged in transit, contact us at info@aurabygs.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • We may request photos, videos, or carrier documentation to process a replacement or refund.

  • Aura by GS is not responsible for delays or issues caused by carriers or customs.


6. Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.

  • We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If an order is returned due to an invalid address, customer is responsible for reshipping costs.


7. Additional Notes

  • Some products ship directly from CJ Dropshipping’s warehouses overseas. This may result in longer delivery times or customs inspections.

  • Aura by GS reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
